The AutoXray EZ-Scan 4000 is an OBD II scanner including the newly released Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol, allowing for more capability and flexibility to manage the diagnostic process. The CAN protocol is currently being used in a variety of vehicles and will be the mandated protocol in all new vehicles by 2008. This tool is compatible with all 1996 and newer vehicles and also works on the 1994 and 1995 OBD II compatible vehicles.
